Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is hiring a Care Worker to support older people in a care home, helping them live safely, comfortably and with dignity. You will assist with daily living, meals and activities, building relationships with residents, families and staff.

Experience is welcome but not essential; PVG checks and SSSC registration are required. A full induction and ongoing development are provided, with a strong ethos of compassion.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with meals and encourage good nutrition and hydration.

• Encourage participation in activities and social opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care procedures and best practice.
