Job summary

CrossReach is seeking a Care Worker in Scotland to support older people with dignity, independence and comfort. You will assist with daily routines, personal care and provide companionship, helping residents live well and feel valued.

You will be kind, dependable and committed to helping others, with PVG scheme membership and SSSC registration required. A SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare is preferred or achievable. Training and development are supported by CrossReach.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and day-to-day living.

• Maintain accurate records and follow care procedures.
