Job summary

OSJCT Group is seeking a Support Worker in Devizes to help residents with daily routines, personal care and companionship. You will join a compassionate team and support them in activities and social engagement within a warm, home-like environment.

Ideally, you will have a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and a genuine commitment to high-quality care for older people. Training and development are provided in a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Proven track record in elderly care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide companionship and participate in activities.
• Carry out light household duties to keep living areas clean and tidy.
