Job summary

NHS Highland's Wade Centre in Scotland is looking for flexible and committed individuals to join our team. The post holder will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to support 11 residents with daily living activities, personal care and welfare.

This full-time role requires teamwork and good communication; training will be provided. Successful candidates will work on rotational days and night shifts as required, in a supportive environment within the Wade Centre across Highland.

Qualifications

• Some experience in care or support roles is preferable.
• Training will be provided.
• Ability to support older adults with daily living and personal care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Rotational shifts including nights.
• Provide compassionate, enabling care to residents.
