Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Elgin, Scotland. You will support a group of individuals aged 24–26 as they move into their own homes, providing day, evening, and night help within 1:1 and 2:1 configurations. No driving required; delight in walking, social activities and community integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support during day, evening and night shifts.
• Assist individuals to learn daily living skills and opportunities in the community.
• Support independence and social engagement in Elgin.
• Participate in ongoing training and tailored service-specific training.
