Job summary

The Wade centre is part of NHS Scotland and offers residential care for 11 older adults. We are seeking flexible, committed individuals to join our friendly team and support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and welfare.

Training will be provided where needed, and you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care. The role requires good teamwork and communication skills, with rotating day shifts and occasional night duties.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferable but training will be given.
• Demonstrate awareness of complex needs of older adults and respond in an enabling way.
• Good team working and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide welfare support to residents and act as a key worker.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with rotating days and night shifts.
