Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd. is seeking a kind, compassionate Care Assistant to join our domiciliary care team serving Maidenhead and Windsor. You will provide personal care, support daily living activities and companionship in clients' homes, upholding dignity and independence.

Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided. A UK driving licence and vehicle are required for travel between clients, with flexible hours offered to fit care visits.

Qualifications

• Previous domiciliary care experience is preferred but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to travelling between clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Helping with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Assisting with medication as required
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence and dignity
• Following individual care plans and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care
• Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's condition to the appropriate person
• Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
