Ad Warrior Ltd. is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide domiciliary care across Maidenhead and Windsor, working in clients’ homes. The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to make a real difference in people’s daily lives.

We welcome kind, compassionate applicants with or without prior care experience; full training is provided. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred due to client travel between homes.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Helping with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Assisting with medication as required
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence and dignity
• Following individual care plans and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care
• Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's condition to the appropriate person
• Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
