Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking Care Workers to provide warm, person-centered support in a residential setting near Dornoch. You will help with daily living, mobility and social activities, while promoting dignity and independence in a team environment.

We welcome new entrants and those with experience; training toward SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is supported. PVG and SSSC requirements apply, and you’ll join a large Scotland-wide care provider committed to compassionate service.

Qualifications

• PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration are required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual care plans.
• Ability to listen, communicate and build trust with residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal and practical care in line with individual support plans.
• Support daily routines, meals, mobility and activities.
• Encourage people to maintain relationships, interests and social connections.
• Promote dignity, independence and informed choice in everyday situations.
• Monitor wellbeing, recognise changes and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Work as part of a team to maintain safe and reliable care.
