Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to support adults with personal care and daily activities. You will help individuals stay active, involved, and as independent as possible, building trust and meaningful relationships.

The role is hands-on and collaborative, involving teamwork to tailor care to each person\'s preferences and needs. Training towards SVQ Level 3 and PVG/SSSC checks are part of the development path.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; dependability and a willingness to learn are valued.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care will be supported if you don't already hold it.
• You must meet PVG and SSSC registration requirements and entitlement to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care, daily routines and everyday activities.
• Assist with meals, mobility and other practical needs.
• Encourage independence and help people make choices about their daily lives.
• Build positive relationships and offer reassurance when needed.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Recognise changes in people's needs and share important information with colleagues.
