Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support older adults in our homes. You will help with daily living and personal care, including night shifts, while delivering person-centred care and building strong relationships with residents and their families.

We value empathy, compassion and teamwork. No prior social care experience is required, but the right values and motivation to provide high-quality care are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care not essential
• Demonstrates values, motivation and desire to help others

• Support daily living: assist with personal care and daily activities
• Night shift support: assist residents with personal care and safety during nights
• Provide person-centred care: tailor care plans to each resident
