This is an essential, part-time agency position offering 20 hours per week with shifts including days, nights and weekends. Salary ranges from £10.50 to £14.50 per hour, with free training and bonus schemes where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential and a genuine passion for helping others.
• First Aid qualification is desirable or training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure facility.
• Report all irregularities back to management staff.
• Interact with the residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Accurately complete all required reports.
• Interact with families and other visitors in a professional manner.
