Linkers Health is seeking Care Workers in the United Kingdom to support residents with learning difficulties, dementia, and other needs. This role emphasizes empathy, dignity and person-centered care to help residents maintain independence, including personal care, meals and activities.

The position is part-time, with shifts including days, nights and weekends. A full UK driving license and DBS are preferred, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification is required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure facility.
• Report all irregularities to management.
• Interact with residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Accurately complete all required reports.
• Engage with families and other visitors professionally.
