Job summary

Linkers Health is seeking Care workers (No Sponsorship offered) with empathy and dignity to improve the lives of clients across care settings in Billericay, Essex. You will provide person-centered care, assist with personal care, mealtimes, and activities while supporting independence.

Role offers flexible shifts, full or part-time, with hours including days, nights, and weekends. UK driving license preferred; DBS required; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• First Aid
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care is an advantage
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (Preferred)
• Valid DBS
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure facility.
• Report all irregularities back to management staff.
• Interact with the residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Accurately complete all required reports
• Interact with families and other visitors in a professional manner.
