Southern Housing is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to support residents at Byrnhill Grove, Ventnor. You will assist with personal care, mobility and wellbeing, following personalised care plans for safe and dignified support within a CQC-regulated setting.

This hands-on role requires empathy, reliability and strong communication. Full training is provided, and a flexible rota including weekends is expected to cover early mornings and evenings.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
• Willingness and ability to work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Care; full training and support provided.
• You will be in a CQC-regulated environment delivering high-quality care and promoting dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with day-to-day needs, including personal care and mobility.
• Follow personalised care plans and ensure care is delivered safely and respectfully.
• Assist with medication, wellbeing and inclusive, person-centred care.
• Work across a rota including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
