You'll perform personal care, medication support, emotional and social support, domestic tasks, and clear communications with families. Full training is provided, and a rewarding path for growth awaits in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.
• Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.
• Access NI enhanced disclosure checked will be performed as part of recruitment.
• A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from this position.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toilet needs.
• Health & Medication Support: assist with medication administration or reminders.
• Emotional & Social Support: provide companionship and encourage social interaction.
• Domestic Assistance: help with light household tasks and meal prep.
• Communication & Documentation: record changes and communicate with family/professionals.
• Personal Advocacy: empower clients to make choices and maintain dignity.
