Lifeways in Tiverton is seeking compassionate Care Support Workers to help adults with physical and learning disabilities live independently in their own homes. You’ll assist with daily tasks, promote dignity, and encourage joy in a person-centered environment.

Role offers £13.10 per hour on contracted hours, with training and development opportunities. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care worker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and colleagues.
• Able to work as part of a supportive team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks while promoting independence.
• Provide empathetic care and monitor wellbeing in residents' own homes.
