Lifeways is recruiting Support Workers to assist individuals with daily living skills and personal goals. You will encourage independence and community involvement while providing emotional and practical support as part of a close-knit team.

This full-time role includes varied shift patterns, including sleep-ins paid at £50 per sleep; a full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is preferable but not essential.
• Full-time (37.5 hrs/week).
• Shift times: 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, and sleep-in shifts; sleep-ins paid at £50 per sleep.
