Job summary
The Best Connection is recruiting Support Workers to join our team serving residents in the Winchester area. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain safe, dignified living environments for our clients.
Roles include day and night shifts with weekly pay, holiday pay, and the potential for temp-to-perm. DBS clearance and epilepsy training are part of the requirements, and you will be joining a friendly local office team that supports
Qualifications
- Candidates must have Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Epilepsy training is required.
- Competency checks will be completed as part of the process.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Conduct daily and nightly checks on residents.
- Promote person-centred care with dignity and respect.
- Encourage independence and provide support to residents.
- Prepare and cook simple meals.
- Support residents with activities and social engagement.
- Record daily logs and food and fluid intake.
- Assist with domestic tasks.
