Job summary

Linkers Health is recruiting Care Workers to provide person-centred support in Hythe, Kent. You will help residents with daily activities, meals and companionship, while promoting independence and safety.

This agency role offers part-time shifts (20 hours/week) with days, nights and weekends. DBS check, UK right to work and a full driving license are preferred; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification is required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure facility.
• Report irregularities to management.
• Interact with residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Complete all required reports.
• Interact with families and visitors professionally.
