Lifeways is seeking a Care Support Worker for Birch Tree Place in Bartley Green. You will help people live independently, support daily living, personal care, and accompany them to activities and events in the community.

No prior care experience is required; full training is provided. We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals who communicate well and are eager to learn, with flexible availability for day and night shifts.

Qualificações

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting people within their own homes and communities.
• Encouraging independence, choice and confidence.
• Assisting with daily living skills and personal care when required.
• Supporting access to community activities and local events.
• Accompanying people on shopping trips and social outings.
• Supporting hobbies and interests (baking, crafts, music, fitness, gardening).
• Providing companionship, encouragement and emotional support.
