Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting an experienced Support Worker for a care home on the outskirts of Lockerbie. The role offers 22-44 hours per week with 12-hour day or night shifts, and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.

You will deliver person-centred support to residents, working with the Home Manager and team to maintain residents’ independence and dignity. Full eligibility to work in the UK applies; sponsorship is not available. The position also includes on-site parking and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support experience preferred.
• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care advantageous but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a home care setting.
