Job summary

Conway Group Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the team at Oakvale Manor in North Belfast. The role involves helping service users live full, valued lives and providing person-centred care under the supervision of a Team Leader.

We offer both full-time and part-time permanent roles with day and night shifts. Training will be provided; benefits include an apprenticeship pathway, career development, online training, free parking, workplace pension and referral incentives.

Qualifications

Experience in a care background is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will work with the service user to help them live life to the full.
Support the team to provide the highest quality, person-centred care and adhere to the PBS Plan.
Assist the service user with daily living activities and personal care whilst promoting independence, respect and dignity.
Support the service users' physical and emotional wellbeing.
Promote best practice in relation to health & safety, confidentiality and security under supervision.
