Qualifications

• Experience in care home settings is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to deliver quality personal care and support with daily activities.
• Good communication with residents and families; patient and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, eating and maintaining hygiene.
• Adapt communication to residents and families, offering confidence and reassurance.
• Work well in a team with flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
• Demonstrate good observation, humor and a positive outlook.
• Training is provided; experience in retail, customer service or people-focused roles is acceptable.
