Way Ahead Care, part of Somerset Care Group, is hiring an ECH Care Support Assistant in Ilminster. You will assist with personal care, meals, and companionship, with full training provided. Prior care experience is essential and sponsorship is not offered.

Shifts include early/late and sleep-ins, with a two-week rolling rota. We value dignity and independence, offering excellent benefits and DBS checks, as well as pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a care background is essential for this role.
• A good pair of eyes, a listening ear and a warm caring nature are needed for this role.
