Job summary

Care By Us is seeking Care Professionals to provide in-home support in Cheshunt and surrounding areas. You’ll follow personalised care plans that prioritise dignity and independence for clients.

You’ll assist with personal care, medications, mobility, meals, light domestic tasks, companionship, and safety. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with guaranteed hours offered for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t essential; full training provided.
• Compassion, resilience and eagerness to learn matter.
• Must have right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home essential care following personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication preparation and administration.
• Support mobility and safe use of aids/equipment.
• Prepare meals and snacks and provide mealtime support.
• Carry out light domestic duties such as laundry, making beds, light cleaning.
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues, professionals and families.
