Mihomecare Limited is seeking caring Care Professionals to provide in-home support to clients, following personalized care plans that preserve dignity and independence. You’ll help with personal care, meals, mobility, medication, and daily tasks while building trusting relationships.

No experience required, but 6 months in social care is a bonus. We value heart, resilience and a willingness to learn; visa sponsorship is not available, and you’ll work across local communities with paid mileage

Qualifications

• Hold onto your hats — ideally, you’ll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
• Your heart of gold and ability to sprinkle kindness wherever you go is valued; be resilient and eager to learn as part of our close-knit team.
• What matters most to us: compassion, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
• You must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Willing and able to travel between clients within the local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support in clients' homes according to personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medications, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships.
• Document care provided and monitor changes in health.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care.
