Job summary

Care By Us, part of the CCH Group, is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to join our Hertsmere and South Hertfordshire team. This community-based role requires travel to clients' homes across Potters Bar, Borehamwood, Bushey and surrounding areas, with a full driving licence and own vehicle essential.

We offer highly competitive pay (£14.70–£16.50 per hour) plus 30p per mile, guaranteed hours, and full shift pay opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Help vulnerable clients live safely and independently in their homes.
• Follow personalised care plans to promote dignity and respect.
• Provide medication support and mobility assistance.
• Assist with mealtime, personal care, and companionship.
• Engage clients with conversations, activities, and social support.
• Support mobility, transfers, and use of aids.
