Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and maintain high standards of cleanliness in our care-home kitchen near Buckingham. You will work closely with chefs and interact with residents to ensure meals are prepared safely and presented well.

We value a genuine interest in care settings, flexibility for shifts, and a committed, organised approach to daily tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs to plate meals and prep food trolleys; keep prep areas clean.
• Genuine interest in working in a care home environment.
• Care home experience desirable but not essential.
• Committed and organised approach.
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Flexible to work shifts.
