Reports to Nurse/Senior Support Worker. Our roles value empathy, reliability and strong communication to ensure high-quality resident care and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the personal care needs of residents with dignity.
• Promote residents’ independence at all times.
• Ensure care services are consistently of a high standard.
• Assist with day-to-day activities in the home.
