Optimo Care Group is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across multiple locations in the UK. You will help with personal care, meals, medication support and encouraging independence, delivering compassionate, respectful care.

We offer full-time and part-time roles from 20 hours per week, with training through the Optimo Learning Academy, mileage paid between visits, and career progression opportunities. Join a supportive team as you make a real difference.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous care experience.
• Attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle may be required for certain routes.

Responsabilités

• Help people live independently and comfortably at home.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Support with medication and keep accurate records.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking.
• Encourage independence in everyday activities.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Support emotional wellbeing and notice changes in needs or behaviour.
• Complete care records and communicate with colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.
• Respect confidentiality and professional boundaries.
