Job summary

Dispatch Care Pvt Limited is seeking compassionate, dedicated care assistants to support vulnerable adults in their own homes or residential care settings across the United Kingdom. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in local communities with flexible part-time hours.

You will provide personal care, mobility support, meals, hydration, medication assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy to support vulnerable adults.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Driving licence is preferred for community-based roles but not essential; public transport and walking options available in dense areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including hygiene, dressing, grooming and toileting while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Assist clients with mobility using approved equipment and techniques.
• Prepare nutritious meals, support feeding and monitor hydration.
• Support or administer medication in accordance with training and medication records.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and assist attending appointments or social activities.
• Complete light housekeeping tasks including laundry, vacuuming and tidying.
• Maintain accurate daily records and report changes in health.
