Responsibilities

• Delivering quality personal care to residents including washing, dressing, eating and personal hygiene.
• Understand and adapt to residents' communication needs and provide reassurance to families.
• Work effectively as a team, communicate clearly, be patient and flexible in a changing environment.
• Maintain good observation, a positive attitude, and a sense of humour.
• Full training and development opportunities are available; prior experience in retail, customer service or related roles is welcome.
