Job summary

Meadow Bank Care Home in Preston is seeking a Caring Care Assistant to join our 110-bed home offering residential, nursing and dementia care. You will support residents with personal care, mobility and nutrition while following care plans to ensure dignity and wellbeing.

This role suits both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training and ongoing development provided. Enjoy a supportive team, flexible shifts and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
Good communication and teamwork.
Reliable and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop.
NVQ Level 2 desirable or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living including personal care, mobility and nutrition.
Follow care plans and report changes in condition to the team.
Contribute to a warm, supportive environment and dignity of residents.
Work as part of a caring team with ongoing training and development.
