• Flexible and able to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene to promote independence and dignity.
• Recognise and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, falls or infection signs.
• Interact courteously with residents and visitors, upholding dignity.
• Follow safe systems of work across tasks.
