Job summary

Windmill Lodge Care Home, part of CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED, in Lytham St Annes, seeks a Care Assistant to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care that supports dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.

You will assist with daily living including personal care, mobility and nutrition, following care plans and recognising changes to keep care safe and responsive. Full training and ongoing development are provided within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.
