Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for our Extra Care Unit in Scotland. You will support residents with personalised care plans, helping with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship to promote independence and wellbeing.

We value compassion, patience, and clear communication. Training is provided via the Cera Academy, with opportunities for progression within care pathways and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring or supporting others preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Ability to work with residents to support independence.
