Cera Care is seeking a dedicated care assistant to support residents in our Extra Care Unit. Your role will focus on compassionate, person-centred care, following personalised care plans and building trusting relationships with those you support.

You may assist with everyday tasks, meals, and personal care, while providing emotional support and companionship. Training is provided to help you grow within a values-driven team and make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Empathy and compassionate approach to residents.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with light housework, meals, and daily routines.
• Help with personal care tasks like getting up, washing, and dressing.
