Cera is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Scotland to support individuals at home with compassion and respect. You’ll be trained to develop core skills and progress within the Cera Academy, shaping a meaningful career in care.

Your day-to-day includes personal care tasks, medication support, meal preparation, light housework and prioritising the comfort and wellbeing of those you assist.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience and understanding are essential.
• Training provided to develop core skills and progress in your care career.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as directed by clients and carers.
• Prepare hot meals and assist with cooking and domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for.
