Job summary

Chetwynd House Care Home in Chilwell, Nottingham, is recruiting a Care Assistant to deliver high quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You will support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and daily living activities, while following individual care plans and responding with sensitivity to each resident's physical, emotional and social needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration.
• Follow individual care plans and respond sensitively to residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records to support safe, consistent care.
• Encourage participation in activities and assist with meals and outings.
