Admirals Reach Care Home in Chelmsford is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant. You will support residents with personal care, mobility and nutrition, following care plans to promote dignity and wellbeing. The role offers full training, a supportive team and opportunities for development within our caring community.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and positive attitude; willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; NVQ2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living: personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to ensure safe, responsive care.
• Work as part of a supportive team to maintain a warm, dignified environment for residents.
• Participate in training and development to support ongoing career progression.
