Your Care Jobs Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a care assistant to support residents with personal care tasks and daily activities within a care setting. The role involves working 30 hours per week on a 7am–7pm shift pattern, including weekends, with two 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift.

You will follow Care Plans and participate in routine documentation and team meetings. Candidates should have professional care experience and a commitment to dignity, independence, and infection

Responsabilidades

• Attend to personal needs of residents per their Care Plan.
• Undertake tasks to support wellbeing and independence.
• Manage day-to-day household tasks: cleaning, laundry and meals.
• Read daily records and attend staff meetings and training.
• Read and follow the Policy and Procedures manual annually.
• Adhere to Infection Control policy and Health and Safety Procedures.
• Attend mandatory training courses, on/off site as required.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required.
