Care UK is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in our welcoming care home. You will help residents stay active, maintain dignity and enjoy daily routines in a homely setting.

Responsibilities

• Help residents remain as active and independent as possible
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes
• Help identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans
• Support residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities in a motivating and homely environment
