Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition with accurate documentation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration per care plan.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
