Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Desirable: experience in care homes or Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour and report changes as required.
• Support nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
