Archard Talent is seeking a part-time Care Assistant / Support Worker in Crawley. The role runs 9am–3pm, Monday to Friday, with shifts 4 or 5 days per week. You will provide one-to-one, person-centred support to a young adult, helping them achieve independence and participate in daily activities.

The position offers induction training and ongoing development, with starting pay from £14.01 per hour. Visa sponsorship is not available, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Residence in or near Crawley or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
• Encourage independence and help build confidence in everyday tasks.
• Support individuals with daily routines, activities and personal goals.
• Accompany and support people with social activities, hobbies and community outings.
• Assist with appointments and day-to-day responsibilities where required.
