Job summary

Trinity Homecare is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support people in Hailsham and surrounding areas. You’ll visit clients at home to provide practical support, companionship and daily care, travelling across the local area as needed.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with competitive hourly rates, paid travel time, mileage and ongoing training. No prior care experience is required, and a supportive Eastbourne branch team backs your development and growth.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• Willingness and ability to travel to clients across Hailsham and surrounding areas.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Appropriate business-use motor insurance.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with personal care and getting ready for the day
• Preparing meals and supporting healthy eating
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Supporting medication routines in line with training and care plans
• Helping with light housework, shopping and everyday activities
• Encouraging clients to remain independent and active
