Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support older adults in permanent roles at Hawthorne Court, Sarisbury Green, Southampton. You will help with daily living tasks, provide person-centered care and promote residents’ independence in a warm, respectful environment.

Experience in social care isn’t essential; we value empathy, patience and strong communication. Weekend/bank holiday work is paid per policy, with access to employee support and pension benefits.
