Hampshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Hawthorne Court in Sarisbury Green to support older adults with daily living, personal care and wellbeing. You will help create a warm, safe environment and build trusting relationships with residents and families.

We value compassion, empathy and teamwork. Training is provided; prior social care experience is not required. Weekend/bank holiday shifts accrue enhancements per salary policy.

• Build relationships: Establish supportive connections with residents, their families, and colleagues.
