Abbeywood Care Home in Greater Manchester is seeking 3 Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, with day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable but not essential.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support
• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility and mealtimes
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing always
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure the best outcomes
